The default method of shipment is UPS ground or OnTrac, however some items may ship via US Postal Service First Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.
We do not ship to PO Boxes.
Free Ground Shipping is only available to 48 Continental US States on orders over $200. Additional charges for deliveries to AK, and HI will apply.
Domestic Orders will be shipped within 3 business days after payment has cleared, but in most cases, ship the same or next business day when items are in stock.

Allow additional time for International orders to be processed. International orders will ship within 5 business days of cleared payment.
International Orders will ship via US International Mail or US Priority Mail International
Order Tracking and Status Updates: Status updates will be posted online when available. In addition, e-mails will be sent to the e-mail you've supplied when the status of your order has changed.
The status of your order can be found easily online by clicking on "My Account" at the top of our website.
After logging into your account, click on "Order History" located in the right column. Here you will find the current status of your orders and order history.
If you did not create an account with us, and instead, placed your order as a guest. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the current status. Please be sure to include all the pertinent information about your order, such as order#, date placed, Name, etc.
